Literature Text

Questions always remain,
an inquisitive, grasping claw
creating mind wrecking pain
as wondering opens its maw.

There they lay wait
to build and flow
seeming to anticipate
when I let my mind go.

Why are you saying this now?
Will we meet again somehow?
Did you even truly care?
Were you really there?

Did you actually use me?
What led you to abuse me?
Why do you still choose to watch?
Are you really thinking with your crotch?

Can you for once tell the truth?
Did you think your actions will only impact your youth?
Why on earth did you do that?
Do you know that you really are a sleazy rat?

Are you really that clueless?
Do you choose to view less?
Are you finally moving on?
Can't you see you were his pawn?

Do you see how judgmental you are?
Can't you see you were the one who was sub-par?
Are you really such a prideful witch?
Did you really need to scratch that itch?

I need to ask-- why?
Why did you to this to me?
Why did you place me in misery?
Why?

Do you regret your actions?
Do you feel sorry for my reactions?
Do you really hate me?
Do you even miss me?

Questions on the rampage,
as I tear my word-filled page.
The queries will never cease
even when I find peace.

Things I will never ask,
even when feeling empowered.
For in the end no matter what task,
some questions need to remain unanswered.
The first idea for this poem I created I was going to just list the questions, but alas, I cannot help but rhyme. I had to edit this to remove two curse words that spontaneously came up, since using profanity in my opinion ruins literature and even makes it lower class.

The questions I used are placed at random. Some of them pertain to the same person, then a few others relating to another and so on. There are also others that are entirely independent to a series of various people from my present and/or past. Even some questions can be directed to more than one person. So good luck trying to figure out who fits where. ;)

The idea for this poem was based off a one written by :iconthe1alwaysleftalone: asking someone a multitude of questions, wanting the truth. You can see it here: Princess Please Read...I Must Know. Do You Despise Me?
Do You Loathe Me?
Do You Hate Me?
I Must Know!
I Cannot Be Tortured By Your Thought,
Day After Day,
Any Longer.
I Cannot,
And Will Not,
Feel Depressed,
Every Time I See That You Are Online.
I Am Making My Stand,
Which I Have Never Done,
For Either Of Us,
And All I Just Wish,
Is For An Answer.
Do You Despise Me?
Do You Loathe Me?
Do You Hate Me?
I Must Know,
Because I Cannot Believe,
That You Simply Discard My Pieces,
Without Even A Glance,
Even If It Is True!
I Really Want,
To Speak With You,
Even If The Sentences,
Are Just A Few Words.
Do You Despise Me?
Do You Loathe Me?
Do You Hate Me Now,

An interestin' piece :3

Often, we have questions about almost everythin' and what's important are the answers...yet answers are so difficult to come by and often lead to more questions.

Tis an incredibly complex rubrics cube...and hopefully one day I'll have all the colours sittin' just right :3
